Shipping

We ship rims! We ship anywhere in Europe on a regular basis.The costs depend on the country, you can ask for a quote and for help to get the rims shipped to you.

Spain: We have a contact person in Spain, who you can ask questions and for any help.

In general, it's best to ship only rims and buy your tyres locally. We can of course ship the whole thing, but keep in mind 4 complete wheels are to be send on a pallet. 4 rims can be send as separate packages and this is usually around 80 to 160 Euro's depending on where you are.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

Please allow two business days to process your order. Expect an email within two business days to let you know your order is processed!

Store Pickup:

- Nieuwegein or Almere
Orders can be picked up, make sure you contact us to agree on a specific time.  An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

Local Delivery:

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 10km of our shop.
If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to the following countries: All of the EU.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated for european countries. Please contact us if you're outside of Europe so we can make an offer.

For shipping it is often better to buy tyres in your own country and only ship the rims itself. This saves you a lot of money, as shipping complete wheels (that is including tyres) have to be on a pallet which is much more costly.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Loodys is not responsible for these
charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Please note: when tyres were installed by you the rims can NOT be returned.

When the rims have been fitted on the vehicle, the rims also can not be returned.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at mail@loodys.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
