Frequently asked questions

The questions we get most often — about fitment, prices, fitting and tyres. Don't see your question? Send us a WhatsApp.

How do I know which wheels fit my van or camper?

At Loodys we always look at three things: the year and exact model of your vehicle, the PCD (e.g. 5x118, 5x130 or 6x180) and the desired inch size. On our collection pages you filter by vehicle (Sprinter, Transit, Ducato, Master, Crafter and more) and by inch. Not sure which PCD you have? Send us a WhatsApp with your vehicle papers and we'll look it up for you.

How do I determine the PCD of my vehicle?

The PCD is usually in the manual or on a sticker in the door pillar. You can also measure it yourself: for 5-bolt wheels measure from the center of one bolt to the center of the bolt directly opposite. Specifically for the Fiat Ducato (and the Citroën Jumper and Peugeot Boxer that share the same chassis) there's an M14 versus M16 bolt trick to distinguish Light and Maxi — we explain this on our Ducato chassis blog. Not sure? Send a photo of your wheel or your registration to our WhatsApp.

What does a complete set of wheels with tyres and fitting cost?

Total price depends on four things: which wheel, which tyres (all-season, all-terrain, winter), whether you need TPMS sensors and whether we fit them in Nieuwegein or you visit your own mechanic. For a real example: request a quote via WhatsApp with your vehicle model and you'll receive a transparent cost breakdown within one working day.

Can you also fit the wheels and tyres for me?

Yes. We fit at our location in Nieuwegein and handle everything in one visit: balancing, installing and configuring TPMS sensors where needed, and taking your old wheels with us or leaving them at yours. Coffee included. You can also buy just the wheels and have them fitted by your own specialist — both work.

Are the wheels in stock and how quickly can you deliver?

Many popular combinations (Rogue CC1, Rogue Robust, Fox ADV in the most-requested sizes) are in stock. For special colours or less common sizes the delivery time is usually 1 to 3 weeks. The current stock status is shown on each product page, and in case of doubt you can check real-time via WhatsApp.

What load index do I need for my van or camper?

Whether your van or camper is properly set up on load capacity depends on the load index of your tyres and wheels combined with the maximum permitted gross weight on your registration. At Loodys we always check before delivery whether the combination you choose is right for your vehicle. In doubt? Send us your registration and we'll work it out for you.

Do I need TPMS sensors?

For most recent vans (2014 and later) TPMS is required for the MOT/APK. We supply universal sensors that we register with your vehicle on site. For older vehicles it's optional. Cost is approximately €40 per sensor — exact pricing is in your quote.

What is the ET value and do I need spacers?

ET (offset) determines how far the wheel sits in or out of the wheel arch. The wheels Loodys supplies for your vehicle are selected so they fit without spacers. If you want a different, wider look with spacers, we fit them on request. Not sure about your size? We'll work it out for you.
