Política de reembolso

We have a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unfitted and undamaged, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Fitted or driven wheels and tyres cannot be returned.

How to start a return: contact us first at mail@loodys.com or via WhatsApp (+31 6 2792 2301) with your order number. Returns must be sent to: Loodys, Overijsselhaven 41, 3433 PH Nieuwegein, The Netherlands. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer; please pack securely, as damage from insufficient packaging is the buyer's responsibility.

EU 14-day cooling-off: within the EU you may cancel or return within 14 days without justification (same condition requirements).

Damages and issues: inspect on delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Non-returnable: custom or specially sourced items, sale items and gift cards.

Refunds: once received and inspected, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days (minus any loss of value from use).

Warranty: Rogue wheels carry a lifetime warranty against breakage (excl. kerb, impact and cosmetic damage).
